uPVC Glass Canopies
Glass Canopy, Safety Glass Canopy, Transparent Canopy from HEVTA are unique, luxurious, unlike other canopy in the market. Glass Canopy, Safety Glass Canopy, Transparent Canopy normally carry high weighting according to the weight of the glass. For safety glass like laminated temper, it doubles the weight of the glass as 2 slices of glass were attached for safety purpose. Glass Canopy, Safety Glass Canopy, Transparent Canopy is the most quiet canopy system and cause no sound when raining. Glass Canopy, Safety Glass Canopy, Transparent Canopy from HEVTA is strong, easy to clean and more importantly, glass chosen by HEVTA is the most safety system called “Tempered Laminated” which attach 2 slices of glass together with PVB film (0.38 mm thickness) in between. Film is useful when glass is self-break from heat or hit by an object, colors of film are available in many ranges.

HEVTA initiated uPVC coating line with high-technology machines (CNC) which able to give high accurate color mixing ratio. HEVTA uPVC products will be coated with thick micron to ensure the anti-scratch standard (up to 7 pounds at 45 degrees pencil tested) and also to prevent color goes off. Color used in Coating line is the water-based color especially for uPVC Coating. Color is non-chemical therefore, it is fire retard and non-smell after painted. Moreover, it is cool colored with UV reflectable, easy-to-clean without dirt on the surface after cleaned. HEVTA issues 10-Year warranty to all coated products.

HEVTA is pure uPVC system, starting from the use of uPVC Pole with 5 mm. thickness steel reinforced. uPVC pole work as a weather-guard to the reinforced steel preventing corrosion. Next is place uPVC Beam over on top as the base structure for glass to place on. Amount of pole used will be determined by HEVTA Engineering Teams who will be responsible for all calculation required. Glass Canopy, Safety Glass Canopy, Transparent Canopy from HEVTA assembled from uPVC which contained the qualification of beautiful, strong, long lifetime, uPVC will not break, crack, or discolor even it was installed outdoor against the sunlight. End cap for canopy is also available in many designs e.g. straight-cut end cap, lotus design end cap to satisfy all designs.

Polycarbonate canopy
It is translucent, light weight, and reasonable price. Polycarbonate can be curved with limited radius, small radius curving is fine for polycarbonate except deep curve, easy to install and remove. However, polycarbonate canopy is noisy when raining.
Canopy Types
"Canopy" a decorative product with many useful functions on itself, for example being a material for sunlight and rain protection, being a garage, or being a material to increase beauty to that particular building. As mentioned, canopy is an exterior product, therefore, it needs to be strong and able to withstand changes in outside environment.
Usually, canopy we familiar with is a rectangle shape item with one side stick to the building and the rest of area work as the top coverage area. In the past, rollable canvas canopy controlled by hoisting rope was once used to be very famous and can be seen in almost every residences. Canvas canopy works quite good as a rain protection canopy but it is unable to withstand strong wind which normally come with rain. Moreover, choices of canvas type were not as many as what we seen today, opaque canvas was the only option for people who need canopy. Imagine when canvas canopy was closed, unit especially commercial blocks without side windows, all area will be dark and unable to see the outside view. However, later on, canvas was developed into many styles and semi-opaque (or even cleared canvas) was being used widely but it still unable to answer the true need of canopy. Nowaday, canvas canopy is slowly disappearing and soon will be forgotten by newer generations.
Today, canopy can be seen in many locations of a house e.g. washing area, opening kitchen area, parking area, storage area, front garden or even backyard to prevent rain and sunlight. Canopy in term of architectural point of view, it removes "testless" view out from the designed project.

Arm Canopies
Arm Canopy by HEVA can be fit with all kinds of material, glass, polycarbonate, and shingle roof canopy. Arm Canopy must be small-sized, less span, structure of Arm Canopy is the use of tubed-steel bend into C Shape with one side attached to the wall and the other side is absorbing weight. Angle of canopy is selectable suitable with renovation of residence that do not need large canopy. Arm canopy require less space than pole system. Cable Sling Canopies
Cable Sling Canopy from HEVTA is modern and trendy in itself, able to fit with all materials e.g. glass, polycarbonate, and shingle roof. It is the canopy which similar to arm canopy but does not require bended steel to absorb weight.
Canopy will be hang with cable sling and that makes your residence clear and neat compared to other system. Cable Sling Canopy may not be able to carry much weight like other system but however, it provides beautiful look and image than other systems. Cable Sling selected by HEVTA is a high quality with minimum of 3 mm. diameter, the larger canopy need larger and more slings to be able to carry the canopy effectively. Pole Canopies
Pole Canopy by HEVTA is the canopy system which able to fit with all kinds of material e.g. glass, polycarbonate, and shingle roof. It is suitable with all kinds of residence like house, town house and can be seen in almost every parts of the house. Pole Canopy is the best system for weight absorb and does not limit only with rectangle shape, other shapes like triangle, hexagon shape can also be done with pole system. Pole Canopy may waste some space but in exchange, it is the strongest system. Pole used in this system is reinforced with steel wrapped by uPVC to guard the steel from having corrosion.
